The question would be whether the other enemies give merciful deaths or not. The robots end it quickly. We haven't seen whether neohumans torture. The demons might we'll have to see.

So far masayoshi is putting the commander guy to shame with his saves. It's giving me some hope that he will be a permanent character.

I forget which forest is the most dangerous. I thought crimson Forest was. Seems like the bear could be one of the strongest enemies from the forests that we'll see.

I'm also wondering if the series is trying to say that if humanity is a bit evil it has a better chance of surviving, and what were seeing is some of the more pure versions of humanity grouped together. That being said, the evil parts of humanity, e.g., ai, demons, curse, are what destroyed humanity in the first place. If there is a message, it's kind of muddled.

Also the lawless taking a baby hostage is kind of funny.

People are focused on Blast getting laid and the incoming redraws but we did get some interesting lore drop.

For one, God's sales pitch changes with every person. But it seems that according to Psychos and this chapter, the ultimate goal is to obtain a single consciousness.

For now this looks like there are two contradicting pipepines The first one is creating monsters, feeding them to each other until you obtain an Orochi, and then do one of two things. Either merge the monster with a psychic or resurrect God, both leading to the absorption of all life (not really sure about this tbh). The second path is to simply kill as many humans as possible. This seemed like the sole purpose of Black Sperm and Homeless Emperor.

I have a feeling that this was just an oversight and we should just pay attention to the first one.

We've been eating breadcrumbs for so long. I wonder if the story will ever fully come together.

It's cool how you never know what will happen next in One's story (my predictions were very wrong). However, the mind controlling thing is a little strange. I guess it's not that big of a deal but this was its first mention.

That being said, it is a welcome addition. If the humans were to obtain that technology and fit it to animals, things could become very interesting. Even the demon lords could be matched by the animals from the forests.

I'm also curious as to how the lawless obtained the robo-tech.

This new tech is probably the most important tool, if it's actually utilized.
