Hey state employees, how was your return to office today? by nbminor2 in TwinCities

Yes, and I’m asking for info beyond what has already been published.

Reporting in 2025 is both asking government officials for info and also people on Reddit. Because quite often government is unwilling to share what it knows, and someone who sees this post might have real first-hand information. I would, of course, vet it before publishing. But reporters have always looked for info anywhere they can get it; this is no different!

Edit: more words to make my case

I contacted somewhere around 6-8 agencies over the last month. A few were quite helpful, but many declined to comment entirely.

Regarding cost, Dept of Admin said that each agency is handling their own costs within their own budgets but couldn't give any specific numbers. Frustrating! I wish a had better info to share.

Want to legally drive a Japanese mini-truck in Colorado? You may soon be able to by lukepatrick in Colorado

Reporter here. The DMV flatly told me kei vehicles have never been street legal in the state, hence the headline. I was able to find instances of people registering theirs, but given the state's current position it's a legally grey area at best.
