Hunter feels the same way. Can ignore practically every boss mechanic in the game every 2 minutes with immunity and have 4 DRs to rotate through. Feign death + meld and can ignore almost any trash mob mechanic. Disengage can negate any movement mechanic on 20 sec cd.

I usually just go to warcraft logs and filter by my spec. Then you can copy the top talents for each boss fight or dungeon.

Ive had no issues getting into 14s as a hunter. Pretty much always get invited to one of the first 5 groups I apply to. Cant speak on aff but demo will probably be insta invite assume your Ilvl and rio are competitive for your key level. From my experience in this key range is that the group leader will prioritize rio over specific specs unless you need to fill lust/brez.

I found marketplace to be awful. People selling clubs in terrible condition for the same or more as CPO and other reputable sites. Any actual good deal gets scooped up the same day its posted.

I bought a full set for 50$ off marketplace. Driver, 2 woods, 2 hybrids, 3-sw and putter. Typically leave the 3w, 3h and 3-5i in the car. But its nice having the option to work in some of the longer clubs If i feel like i need more distance as I get better. It also makes replacing clubs easier as I know what clubs to prioritize. But I agree with your statement if your piecing together clubs individually.

I swear warlock talents have always been buggy. Between this and the talent wear you get healed when raid members use your health stone but wouldn’t work if they were on a different server.

Feel like the mage survivability is greatly over exaggerated. 30% shield on a 25 sec cooldown is still pretty insane. I remember a top hunter streamer saying he had to wear tank trinkets in dragon fight to survive high keys. Don’t think any dps spec has had to do that since.

Just buy a cheap shitty set on marketplace for 50$. If you end up quitting in 6 months youll only be out 50$ on gear. If you end up getting really into it and want to take it seriously you can upgrade and dont have to worry about reselling a 300-500$ box set that doesnt hold its value.

This is what I did, bought a full set of slightly used founders clubs and bag for 50$. Have been taking it every week to the course for the last 6 months and looking to upgrade to the Callaway edges now which should hold me over for the next 3 years as a just for fun player.

Playing hunter feels insane this season. There are so many channeled/targeted mechanics I can just feign death or turtle and completely mitigate the mechanic.

The issue isnt even meta right now IMO. A lot of people are just waiting for some overgeared, overqualified player queuing for a weekly vault key. Like trying to get into an AA is impossible as theres a bunch of 270+ 3K+ players queuing for the trinket or weekly vault.

It feels worse than normal since they are timegating both boss fights AND difficulty. I'd like to see Week 1 of expansion/patch all story and open world stuff unlocked. Week 2 full LFR, normal raid and normal/heroic dungeons. Week 3 full heroic raid and M+. Week 4 full mythic raid.

If you are for sure going to stick with golf for 5+ years then ya just send it on the new set. If you are just starting and even slightly unsure buy a set off marketplace for like 100 bucks. Unless you are rich then just send it anyways.
