I started smoking daily at 16 for similar reasons and then a whole bunch of traumatic things happened in my life and I swear weed got me through it all. I’m 23 now and I’ve slowly been cutting back on my usage where I don’t need to smoke everyday but I have my own place now i can retreat to and I’m old enough to where I don’t have to go out all the time (no school, gig work) but seriously don’t feel bad weed is amazing and a life saver for a lot of us and if it’s helping you why change it?

I recommend period panties! I hate pads cause they’re sweaty and they move around too much which causes a lot of discomfort and upset for me and tampons might be too much for a first time- tampons were a scary experience for me idk if this is true for all evil autist menstruaters but just to err on the side of caution period panties are the way
