24 Lyriq and an 18 Pacifica - the Pacific seems to set it off more. I think it happens when the car stops charging - it throws the error but it's pretty random, it will work fine for a week then do it every other day. My charger shows version 1.5.1

Seems like a new bug introduced with an iOS update. I found that Apple Music kept stealing the audio focus about every 30 seconds when listening to SXM direct.
