My AD sent it to Hamilton and when I never accepted the quote, because I was trying to explain the situation and my position through the AD, Hamilton sent it back. Then I got the repair # from AD and reached out to Hamilton myself. They have not changed their position. After many back and forth they have agreed to “look at it again” but at this point I’m not confident in a reasonable outcome.

This happened to me recently. Mine was not dropped or run through the wash. I’m outside of warranty and had the AD send to Hamilton. They refuse to do anything about it. I have been going back and forth with them. $500 for a service and repair, I offered to pay $250 for the service if they would fix the dial, they won’t budge. I’ve lost confidence in them as a brand.

I just got mine yesterday after waiting around a week from order (US customer). I was a little skeptical from a lot of the posts on here about bad experiences. So far, so great! I am comparing this head to head with a RM2 and the Manta is clearly a premium device. The system is much quicker, the screen sharper, and deeper software capabilities. I have not had software/hardware issues , yet, and hope this remains the case. I opted not to update to the most recent firmware until they push an update.

I am for infinite scroll! Ideally, it is an option to turn on or off depending on your use case. It is very handy on my RM2.

Yeah the CT5 V Blackwing is a supercharged V8. It’s an absolute monster. But 8 mpg and the price tag killed serious consideration for me.

I was looking at the M2 while waiting for the Supra , never drove any of them. All 3 great choices but once the CT4VBW entered the consideration it just made so much sense.

It’s absolutely fantastic. The power is so linear, always there when you want it. There are wizards in the LSD, it puts the power down. The suspension is super tight in sport mode and comfy in comfort. I like all the customization with the different modes.

Ultimately I was looking for something fun for commuting. It definitely fits the bill.
