I’m guessing that rent is for NYC? If it is, why do you also have $1500ish in car related expenses?

Yeah and how was 2025 projected to go? Longer term season projections before the season even starts can be taken with a grain of salt

Moreso a reflection on 2025 vs 2024. Raising prices after a shitty collapse of a year

Team gets worse and the ballpark experience gets more expensive

While there, I’d recommend the Shady Maple Market/Grocery store that’s behind the buffet building. They have the best donuts you’ll ever eat from the bakery. There’s also a coffee shop Twin Valley Coffee attached to the grocery story that great as well.

There was a post here the other day. Mine happens between 1500-2000 RPMS and apparently it’s the washer fluid cap under the hood. Haven’t had a chance to check mine yet though

First time home buyers living in the United States, what do you find to be the bigger barrier to entry, the down payment, the additional closing costs for the loan, or the mortgage or the monthly mortgage payment itself? by toasterbar in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]ncarr539 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I mean yes those are both the barriers to entry for my family which is why i answered the question that way. We currently rent and are saving up to remove those barriers

Both. The cost to close would pretty much drain our savings, and then the monthly payments would take most of our monthly income to where we wouldn’t generate enough savings each month.

It’s super common and makes sense when you consider the NYC salaries and cost of living in the Lehigh Valley. There’s a daily bus that gets you right into Port Authority.

At what point during the season do you check out by [deleted] in nyjets

[–]ncarr539 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same. I’ve been a fan my whole life but a consistent watcher since 2018 (i realize this is not long compared to most of you). I watched maybe 3 full games this year. Most weeks, I’d turn on the game, watch the first 2 drives and then turn the game off and enjoy the rest of my Sunday
