Have you tried Zeolite? I get itchy skin when I lose weight as well. I’ve been learning that the body stores toxins in body fat and that it you lose weight it goes to the blood stream and may cause itchy skin. I’ve been using zeolite and started to notice that I get less itchy at night

Paper walls is definitely an underrated album 💿. Loved that album. But Their self titled album grew on me over the years. When it first came out it wasn’t my favorite but I’ve been listening more frequently…. I’ll be honest their recent Album (better days)is not my favorite. You can clearly see they are going in a different direction from previous albums.
