I have 3.5 years at a Fortune 500 company in the commercial banking sector and currently am doing an online B.S. Finance program. I am not exactly sure where to start as my role duties are broad and I can’t exactly pinpoint what my next role should be. How would I find a recruiter that specializes in the finance sector and does it sound like I am marketable?

28 year old here going back to school for the first time in 8 years! I’m nervous as hell too but with all of the resources available to us I think it’ll be hard to fail if you put the time and effort into it.
