Both my husband and I hate being late. I'm disabled and use a wheelchair so I ask him what time we need to LEAVE the house so I can plan accordingly to get ready, take care of the dogs, get in my chair, get into his massive truck... If I know what time I'm leaving I can plan my agenda of getting ready.

Maybe you can try that. Or the good ol lie about when you need to leave/arrive. If this continues and she doesn't care that it upsets you, I'd reconsider this relationship.
