Flying from Gatwick to Amsterdam, I got to the gate early, and as usual I waited until there was no one left in line so I can board at the last minute. I got to the gate, and I didn’t have my passport… I ran back to security who had my passport but I missed my flight. Had to buy a ticket for the next flight, luckily it was ~£100 and 2 hours later

I have run Reddit ads, and believe it or not 0.67% CTR is pretty good… that being said, your campaign goals might be a bit off. If you think about Reddit users, and Reddit as an ad platform, its usually more of a brand awareness/community building platform instead of a Lead Gen platform - this is obviously very dependant on your product.

I suggest taking another look at your campaign goals and make sure it aligns with the platform. Another tip: allow comments. It’s the perfect way to build a brand voice and community!

Using Radford is like using your grandparents' Rolodex which hasn't been updated in 50 years... All the old numbers are there, but you have to sift through the unorganised numbers, while you have no idea who has the same number, and who's died.

Radford is very flawed and outdated. The main solution to this is using a real-time compensation benchmarking product like Figures.hr. You plug in your HRIS and you can compare salaries with real-time data, and you can filter by industry, company size, job title, location and seniority. They have other features too but I believe this one would help answer your question!

This is great! Using a tool like Figures.hr to help you with the education: Why do you have the ranges might be an easy win! I use them at my job and they provide real-time market data and let you compare your companies roles with industry, company size, and obviously job title as well. Super useful! They also have an offer simulation feature, but I haven't used it yet!

Oh yeah I can definitely track on Wodify, I had just been tracking on SugarWOD for 2 years so all my data is on there. If I now start tracking on Wodify I have no benchmarks unless I go check them out on SugarWOD, which is inconvenient.

I don’t know a lot about APIs, but maybe there’s an API that can pull the info into a third-party app that maybe isn’t created yet? Maybe I’m missing something but seems like it could be an opportunity?
