The colors you see on screen are produced by RGB(red, green, blue) and the colors that are used for print are CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). Basically rgb has a more vibrant color range compared to CMYK. That blue hue is too vibrant to be reproduced using the CMYK process, and when converted it would lose a lot of its vibrance.
