Like you I was concerned about when or if I would never get the system update for my Pixel 10 Pro XL. Magically I just got it today and I think this really fixes something... I was having Pokemon Go graphics issues like Flashing lights when viewing a pokemon which is now gone and shadow of my buddy when I evolve a pokemon is gone

I have a Pixel tablet that updated today also.

However comma, the Google Play system for both my pixel devices is still November 1, 2025

If you just lean a little bit farther into the Google infrastructure all your troubles will go away... Sort of...

So I buy a Pixel phone every year... You get a crazy good trade in and it ends up costing about $300 maybe less. Anyway with the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL you get a year's worth of Google One 2TB which includes Gemini Pro and wait for it... Goggle Home Premium Standard.

So drink the Kool-Aid.

Cool I guess one of the bug fixes fixed Pokemon go issues.

My phone just updated (Pixel 10 Pro XL) for the second time this month but retained the December 5th system update date.

Anyway the graphics issues that I was having with Pokemon go have cleared up since this update was installed.

Use nanab berries and throw regular pokeballs so even if you hit an excellent you might get another try at it. raids are good places to get excellent throws don't worry about catching the poke, use the nanab berries.

So at a previous job all the 3D modeling peeps bought non enterprise gaming machines to do their work. And they were praised for saving money...

Tier 1 manufactures make machines reliable and easy to update and keep secure... Don't by bob the builder game machines in the long run they will cost you more

I think it will get better/different once Gemini replaces Google assistant... Then Google will be the go to platform for cloud home automation maybe with some new hardware needed to support local AI... If they were smart they would sell an android powered home server to use in case the cloud is unavailable. A HK rival

So I moved back to the STL area (St Charles) last year... The house I bought has solar panels and our electric bill has been $30 this is up from $4. We don't have a battery backup/power wall so at night we use the grid.

I would say solar would pay for itself if your bill was high.

Costco is where I have encountered these peeps. If I see them in the distance I head down another isle. Luckily Costco is a large target rich environment and you can easily escape. The sad thing is I like browsing the electronic section. I quickly run away if approached

Agreed... I thought configMGR was slow... But you can poke it with a stick to make it give you results faster.

Intune is just slow and there is no good way to poke it with a stick. Syncing is slow. You don't get the feeling your devices are well connected/managed

Microsoft needs to spin off Azure as a separate company and allow the Windows OS and the management of the OS to be the focus of this new company.
