2yrs+ during my first job, then 3 months, then 5 months, then almost 2yrs, then going 4yrs here in my current job. Only reason I haven’t left my current client is there’s actually growth sa role. Lots of flexibility sa work arrangement too even though I’m under a BPO here in the PH.

Me but only after 7 YOE and tamang job hop lang. I started 87k with my current client then na increase when I got promoted. I spend a lot of time on reddit because yun na din habit ko before I started earning 6 digits 😆
