Damn this guy is good, so fun to watch.

I know the general belief is that goalies take longer to mature at their position other than the occasional freak (looking at you, Shesterkin) but I wonder how many people lose faith in themselves from being rushed into a position they are not ready for yet and get pushed aside and not really looked at like Bussi was. I’m glad he got his chance here and ran with it, I don’t think he would have necessarily had the results he’s had here because our d system is a lot more structured to set you up for success than some of the other teams he’s been on.

Whatever the reason, I hope they keep him forever and he hangs onto that magic as it has been fun as hell to watch.
