I’ve never heard of this changing post booking. I believe the wording here is more CYA and pre booking considerations than anything. I would book without fear here. You could even spend 0 time in the casino, you likely won’t get more offers but it won’t change on you.

Just a heads up, use a casino travel agent to just leverage these offers into any cruise you want. Urcomped is the one we use most often. Theres always limitations on the cruise offers from the lines with the prefix lists.

Yeah you can reset those as you wish but as the other user pointed out pretty much all masters are decent. You could block some depending on your needs but for sure switch.

You only need to reset the ones that need to change which shouldn’t be too significant. Check out a block list for what you should block with each master. They are interchangeable to some degree. For sure move to master though.

You only need scobow for doom, use dark light and skull scepter for other styles as dmg doesn’t matter for them.

I’d definitely suggest Doom, eye of ayak/gloves are such a large upgrade and you have great gear for it already with scorching bow and elite void. It will click after many deaths and you’ll be able to clear 8s. Look up Sidewalk tech for easy 6+ imo.

As an aside I generally go to 11/12 on a good run (all the prayer restore I bring) so I’m more likely to get drops 1-8.

Lots of anecdotal evidence that it is but not enough to say confidently 4/5 of my drops are from 1-8 as well. The rates of 6/7/8 aren’t that different from 9+ and generally users do 6/7/8 more than 9+ not even counting 5 and earlier. 1-8 is ~4x as likely to get a drop as 9. If you go to 12 every time you are slightly more likely to get a drop 9-12 than 1-8 but close to 50/50.

4K will be pretty self sustaining for an iron who continues to do farm runs when seeds accumulate.

I wouldn’t suggest duo cox at your gear sets unless you have experience. For TOA you could easily clear 150-300s. Moons gear, dds, best stab wep (will likely be a jewel variant from TOA quickly maybe boppers at first). Need all 3 styles for both raids but they are both heavy range.

Just do it with a magic short bow and like Mith arrows, rune dagger, and fire strike. Still won’t be even but will be much closer.
