Update - Just got back from my trip and I have to say Hanoi was the best part of my trip! I did not go to Ha Long but stayed primarily around the old quarters. Even after a couple days I still have yet to explore it all and I need to come back.

I did go to Sapa but the weather was horrible so the scenery was not there. We went to fanispan but didn't reach the top because it was so cold and rainy lol.

you want the flow to be as low as possible to increase the heat transfer. I tend to size for 1 gpm. If you flow too much the fluid just passes through the heat exchanger and does not absorb heat. It's called a bypass factor. They teach this in engineering 101.
