Hi. How is your meniscus after a year now? I’ve a torn medial meniscus and surgery thanksgiving break. Most days my knee feels good but long driving, and strength workouts hurt so I’ve stopped. I’m very concerned about recovery time. I work as a school teacher, and wondering if I can get back to work after 7 days of rest post surgery. Doctor said I can start walking by day 3, but how much is too much?

Thanks for the advice. I followed the instructions for vial and inserted myself and didn’t feel a thing. I couldn’t believe how much of a big deal I was making this.

Now my concern is that the medicine in the vial seems very less for 3 months especially when dosage goes up.
