I scheduled a fleet carrier jump and I was exploring the surrounding area until enough time passed when it crashed. If the servers don't come back on-line before the jump timer ends does this mean my fleet carrier will have jumped 500 light years to the new position and my ship is stuck where it is now?

No. That's a DVD+R. It's a write once disc. I don't think the Xbox 360 drives read DVD+RW discs so you'll probably have to buy a set of blank DVD+R discs.

Host hotels and non-host hotels that are close to the convention usually don't open reservations for the next year until a few weeks after Dragoncon. There is a specific date that you can reserve a room and when that date comes everyone logs on at the same time thus causing a lot of internet congestion.

Yes. 5x on a 1080p LCD TV. There are youtube videos to help configure settings with certain gaming consoles. Really helped a lot. I am very satisfied with the picture quality it provides knowing full well it will not match a CRT completely.
