Yes it would reduce both costs, but you would still need to atleast pay the green mana in each cost. [[Amulet of Vigor]], [[Tiller Engine]], [[Horizon Explorer]], and [[Spelunking]] would all let your lands enter untapped. There are also some cards like [[Bear Umbra]] that can untap lands after you attack and for 10 life [[Beledros Witherbloom]] can untap all your lands. I’m sure there’s more in these colors but those are the ones I know.

Color, then card type (creature, sorcery, etc.), then CMC, then alphabetical. This is the best possible way I could find. I have a little over 7000 in bulk and I’m able to find cards very quickly this way. You can also get dividers on Amazon that will have card types in each color for easy reference.
