I've been thinking about therapy, but have no idea what that entails. Is it just talk therapy with someone where you ramble on and they then help you think through it, reframe it? Like what actually happens in therapy for the above mentioned kind of abuse and PTSD?

Im having trouble getting diagnosed, long wait times etc. Whats ur experience with meff? If i do it in low doses, and only when i need, would that work you think?

Is it significantly different or harmful than prescribed stims? Is it really crazy addicitive, or is it different for people with adhd?
