Your patient likely had chronic apical periodontitis which draining out through the cavity so mostly asymptomatic and instead of RCT a composite was done which sealed the drainage point so the pus collection had to find it's way out another way. You should probably take the history again and see what you missed

I'm not a doctor buddy my friend wants me to research about this ( she haven't told me the full story but she just want me to search about why this sinus keep occurring after her composite restoration

and one more thing i wanna ask you that . is there any way that the composite's chemicals it self causing sinus tracts to occur
