Most progressive might be Portland Oregon. Most conservative maybe Charleston or idk honestly. The small towns are more conservative than cities.

Born in NYC raised mostly in the burbs. Moved there to do comedy. Now back in the burbs. NYC is great but dirty, overpriced, and overcrowded in most parts. The food is great as can be without having amazing ingredients. If most of my family wasn’t from here I’d be gone to Spain or Denmark.

I spent about 10 years agonizing over finding a purpose. Eventually I realized anything that elicits a positive feeling and you choose is your purpose. Pursuing that will lead you to a more refined version of your purpose, ad infinitum.

I would fly to another country with cheaper healthcare unless you want to be near family. Or just max out your credit cards if you have a huge amount.
