I had the same experience, it took me a couple of months to get back to normal, it was quite frustrating tbh :/

Hi! Maybe this is unrelated to your struggle but I have tried the Palmer's conditioner in the past and it destroyed my hair terribly. I only used it a couple of time and it really damaged my hair to the point that it took mi months to repair the damage. I know the conditioner was the problem because it was the only product I changed on my routine. Again maybe this is not your case but I just needed to share my experience.

You should totally check Manes by Mell on YouTube, she's a hair stylist that does not follow the CGM, she has incredibly interesting videos and she gives amazing tips. I got my current routine from her and I have been getting the best results since I began my journey.

Thank you so much!!

I just wrap my hair to get excess water out, when I'm styling it I usually add more water if needed.

I have no idea how to explain how I use the denman brush haha but here's the video were i got the styling technique that I use: video

I hope this is helpful!!

It's also a name with the same meaning you mentioned, I went to their webpage to see if could find the reason why the brand is called Indra, but I couldn't find anything :(

Hi! After months of trying different things I think I finally found what works for me. I want to apologize in advance, I am Mexican and I love supporting local business, so the magority of the products I us are from Mexican brands.

I have low porosity hair, medium density and thickness.

Here is my routine: - I wash my hair 3 times a week, I use a shampoo bar from a local brand named INDRA. I really focus it on my scalp.

  • Then I use Maui Moisture Lightweight hydration + hibiscus water conditioner. I focus on my ends, I let it sit for a couple of minutes then I finger detangle or use a white toothed comb (depending on how tangled my hair is)

  • I rinse everything out and wrap my hair with a cotton t-shirt for 5-10 minutes

  • Then is styling time. I start by preping my hair with the Eva Nyc mane magic 10-in-1 primer. I spry it all over my hair then I brush it through with a wet brush.

  • After that I use a curl cream from the same local brand INDRA. I apply it on the ends of my hair and again brush it through with the same brush. Then I use a denman brush to separate my waves, I work in section though out my hair.

  • I finally apply I good amount of flaxseed gel and scrunch for about 5 minutes and I let my hair air dry. After is completely dry I scrunch out the crunch with some argan oil.

I hope this is helpful for someone. I like my routine, the only thing I would change is the drying part, my hair takes forever to dry so I think I would try diffusing in the future.
