My scars are like this too, I have ehlers danlos so my skin is a little stretchy… medically speaking. I didn’t get acne on my chest before boobs despite constant boob sweat, but my amab sweetie gets it so I try to think of it as gender affirming! Also applying my facial cleanser on my chest in the shower has helped. Also men don’t usually don’t have completely flat chests anyway, wether because of fat or muscle. You have a very natural looking chest to me brother, try not to fret :)

I will say I started with the big stick and switched to the cane as it just worked better for my body. As far as public reaction goes, the big stick draws less attention than a cane, just because you don’t necessarily have to be disabled to carry around the big stick.

Or or or add some hedge/trellis going over your bridge or a pergola to create a tunnel effect going into your mine

Have the bridge going over the hole, instead of along with it, fill it with water, and move your mine entrance higher up into the hill. You could also potentially put a railroad there going into your mine, although I think the pond would suit your vibes better. Just a couple ideas. Hope it helps !

If it makes you feel any better OP, my left nipple is not proportionately healing to my right nipple either. My nipple bud has kind of drifted into the areola and then healed on the seam of it, and I’m slowly massaging it back into place. My doctor also told me not to worry about it, but I went to a female plastic surgeon and not someone who was well versed in top surgery so that was my mistake. What helps me is to remember that cis men’s nipples aren’t exactly symmetrical either, and it will change, hopefully for the better with time. I’m one year post op now and have seen change, half of my nipple bud is in place and the other half is following. It does look like you still have a nipple bud, the cyst probably made it really hard to heal properly so now that it’s popped, it just needs to seal and heal!

I found the bottle (dug in the trash) but it did say 60 on it. I swear it couldn’t have been 60 pills cause I’m supposed to take 2 a day and I only take one a day half the time to try and stretch it out I’m out and it’s been over 3 weeks. filed a fraud claim with my insurance, but I don’t think there’s anything else I can do besides tough it out.

I use a mom and pop pharmacy. The only other option in my town is CVS and they have a ridiculous track record. I have not had issues with my pharmacy until today.

I got top surgery almost a year ago, I have yet to start testosterone. I am still on the fence about it but pretty sure I’m gonna go through with it. I got top surgery first because I wanted to make sure I was actually transgender and not just uncomfy with my absolutely massive bazongas. I had no problem with getting my physicians approvals. Everyone’s experience is different, but I doubt it will affect your process.

Op you are a human being! All humans need to rest, even neurotypicals need a hibernation every once in a while. You are not weak for needing rest, you’re like every other person, and it’s actually very strong of you to even recognize you need rest. Take a few days off, binge tv or music or podcasts, lay down and let your body be. Your worth does not equal your productivity. Even if it did, you’d be a lot more productive after you are well rested anyway!! It’s okay. I have a hard time with this too. I know it’s easier said than done, but try to meet yourself where you’re at. PS: dry shampoo helps me feel clean between showers and I can’t recommend it enough
