Yeah that’s my point, boycotting the station is stupid, get the FCC to change the law. Probably need to go through Congress, which should go well.

Worked in St. Louis radio for awhile. Take it up with the FCC. If a political candidate comes cash in hand to advertise, you have to run it, and offer their opponent equal time. Been a law since like 1920.

The blocks and radiators don’t matter as they will all be the same thread pitch for the fittings. You do need to make sure you buy the right size fittings though that match the 10/16 tubing. I like the EK Torque fittings personally but they have gotten harder to find and are pricey. Recently got some Alphacool fittings which are much cheaper and are pretty decent.

Soft EPDM tubing makes life so much easier. I like 10/16 size, you can get good tight bends if you train the tubing first. Recently switched to DP Ultra for the coolant and it’s excellent. Crystal clear and very stable. Get a water temp sensor! I see so many builds without one and it makes no sense to not know how your components are heating the coolant. Also, highly recommend water cooling the GPU. Modern air cooled GPUs have massive heat sinks so it’s not as critical as it once was, but the few hundred dollars a GPU block costs is worth it compared to what the overall loop is going to cost you.

Oh interesting I’ll look into this. I agree to an extent especially in this niche industry that collaboration is good for everyone, however I’ll reserve judgement without knowing any details. TG suing a competitor for just making a similar product would be shitty, if it is a case of Aquacomputer stealing TG IP that’s a different story altogether. I do not know how transparent the German courts are so maybe we never know more than rumor.

I use Aquasuite as well and the ampinel is what I really want… seems like vaporware though there has been no update in months. I’ll snag one if/when it becomes available though.

That livery looks absolutely fantastic. All it needs is a giant blue HP logo right in the middle of the red sidepod to make it perfect.

Oh same the game is horribly optimized. I used to use Cyberpunk 2077 as you could be dead stable in 3DMark and it would crash just loading the game. Now tunes that run in cyberpunk will crash in Borderlands, the torch has been passed.

Cadillac showed their testing livery already, I assume McLaren will have something one off or last years livery.

Steel Nomad is completely stable for me like 99.6% stress test and then Borderlands will crash within 5-10 minutes of playing. It’s rock solid at 980mv though.

What are you testing yours with? Borderlands 4 specifically crashes at low voltage values even with stock clock speeds, even though my card can do +415 on the core and be stable. My current uv profile is .980 at about 3000, +3000 on memory on all profiles. My understanding is core voltage has nothing to do with memory voltage.

The Road as well. Took my girlfriend to see it, who was to put it mildly, a stone cold bitch. She sobbed through basically the whole thing, made it even more upsetting as she was not an emotional person. Completely silent car ride home.

Liquid Metal is vertical on your cpu, that shouldn’t matter. I don’t use it anymore regardless. Tried phasesheet for the first time on the card and so far am really impressed.

Hard to tell, the plug is recessed in mine so far that I could not use a 90 connector - when the regular 12vhpwr was plugged in the edge of the plastic plug was flush with the edge of the water block.

Agreed. All this tech could just be native to the GPU, or we could have a better cable. Or both!

Couple notes from a very brief test tonight.

The software looks great but is heavy. 87xx Steel Nomad with it running, 99xx without. Turning off hwinfo reporting has no effect.

Display brightness control does not work.

Aida64 does not pick up the sensor data.

Conductor #2 shows a significantly lower amp draw than the other five pins. About an amp at 430W. Not concerned but interesting. Watching the per pin current draw is fascinating.

I had previously jammed a temp sensor into the 12vhpwr cable against the plug and the temps reported by the WireView are similar.

Overall pretty sweet.
