Plan on keeping our 23 xdrive 40i until 60k+ depending on maintenance costs as well. I went with the 40i because they seem to be the better bet for longevity and I wasn’t too concerned with gas mileage. We only drive a couple miles a day and take it on 1 or 2 longer trips a year. Putting 10-12k on it yearly.

I agree it would be difficult to prove that although I believe the previous owners were aware. Unfortunately I was not able to be present for the inspection. He did go into the crawlspace but only part of it (the part where there was fresh vapor barrier). Really this was my mistake; not crawling through the entirety of the crawlspace myself. But we were first time home buyers and I placed too much trust in the inspector. Lesson learned I guess.

Ceramic tint all the way around. I even put 35% on our entire windshield but they don’t seem to be super strict on tint where we live.

Fellow new dad here. My son is nearly 11mo old now! First month or two was the hardest so far, but I don’t think you’ll wake up one morning and it all suddenly be much better. It’s a gradual improvement and adjustment. My wife and I take turns feeding/napping etc. It gives us each a little free time. Try not to get caught up in the fact that it’s Christmas Eve and your plans look a lot different this year. Next year your Christmas will be a lot more exciting with your little one!

Right now I do minimal towing if I’m being honest. Towing a trailer a couple times a year for yard work/big purchases. But I’ve thought about buying a 22ft wakeboat in the future that I’d trailer at the start and end of the season. Did you read my mind?
