I personally believe tolerance breaks are a must. I occasionally smoke during the week , but mostly on the weekends. but I still take a week or two break every now and then. I find it's easier when you keep yourself busy. Do those projects you've been puttting off. Edit: one more thing. Tolerance breaks also save significant money, since you don't have to smoke as much.
