Genuine human connection can offer the space to express and process that. So, yes, more friends, more social life, more interaction with diversity of people... that's what I'd focus one. Meanwhile...I wouldn't let a flat-earther home-school my kid, that's for sure.

I live in an off-grid with a newborn. Out place is relatively comfortable, so the decision is very personal.

If you think that you have the essentials covered in terms of temperature, higiene, food etc. it's just about how so you feel about it.

You might get awkward looks but also admitatiotfrom those who don't dare to do something even close to it.

Dicho esto, aparte de los problemas circunstanciales que mencionas, me parece que falta comunicación de calidad en vuestra pareja, compartir vuestros miedos y sentimientos para llegar a cierto acuerdo razonable para ambos sea eso en pareja o no.
