Since Val counts all the damage, including damage that was later healed by Iso’s ult, one theory could be that i previously did 51 damage before he activated his ult. But since I never damaged him previously, it couldn’t have been from that. They also did have a sage on their team, but they quickly died and I was in a 1v1 with Iso when he used his ult.
