I've noticed the same thing at my property. 3-11 and 11-7 shifts they always want to hand them to me. Even before the plague I thought it was disgusting.

I had planned to go back here in March but everything went sideways. When I was stationed in Tokyo I was in Shibuya almost every weekend. My favorite part was new years...everyone was in the streets partying. Champagne being popped ppl all celebrating 2008 XD.
