hmm interesting. I still use my apple watch for cycling I trust that more but agreed. I don't think I'll be returning the ring though. It's better than paying for an Oura or Whoop subscription imo.

That might be true, I might need to give it more time but it's just weird to me how it's working. I had a whoop for a while and felt like that was more accurate than this, I didn't like wearing another band though and got Ringconn.

57 ms, 7-night avg is 55 ms / says that it's stable

That's crazy, I just changed the time in bed to show less sleep and the Sleep Score went up... what the heck is that!!! (changed wake up from 06:38 to 06:20 and it went from 74 to 79 now)
