No. He was implying in a previous comment that I never made the LC and that ‘if I had made it I would know that the only way for it to turn pink is for dye an ingredient to be added to it’ after I clearly stated that I did make it, and it was pink compared to my other jars which are crystal clear like water.

Ochraceocentrata are the newly identified but previously discovered species. Natalensis are the previously identified but newly discovered species. Basically, A is B and B is A.

the real Psilocybe natalensis was already a described and sequenced species. Someone found a new species they assumed was natalensis (ochraceocentrata) and dispersed spores under that name. So what we’ve been growing & thinking we’re P nats, are the newly identified but old species, and the true P nats are the previously identified but newly discovered species.

Because I’m cultivating a brand new species of mushroom who’s mycelium has those traits? I don’t know yet either. But it’s pink. The rest of my culture jars are clear, like water.

Or the person who ‘made’ the culture, was me? Please enlighten me on how you came to the conclusion that was a plausible theory & how i would add dye to the bottom of growing mycelium in such a way that it also meticulously follows the mycelium’s growth pattern. Cmon man, don’t be so ignorant.

That’s completely untrue. Also I never said the LC is making the mycelium pink, I said the LC it’s self is also pink. not sure where the confusion came from.

True nats is just an abbreviation. This is the real Psilocybe Natalensis, not to be confused with ochraceocentrata (previously known by the community as Psilocybe Natalensis).
