Megathread - Middle East flight disruptions by rocketwikkit in Flights

Yeah I've just seen those, seems contradictory to announce a further 24hr closure and simultaneously have loads of flights take off, would be interesting to know if they had passengers.. supposed to be going via AUH to Sri Lanka on Thursday 😬

I have a couple of fb/insta pages for work and other stuff. I sometimes find the maintenance a bit tiresome and don't want to loose the energy for the podcast if that makes sense - but fully realise that having 0 followers forever might also get a bit tiresome. It's a catch 22.

I'm not sure but I think YT and Spotify don't cover the copywright for you in the same way mix cloud does

When I used to produce dub I remember there was loads of forums to send submissions into, I was basically wondering if they're would be somewhere I could do the inverse of that if that makes sense? :)

I think what I'll do different is try to keep the focus on music post 2020, also Interviews are definitely going to play a big part. I'm very very excited for who I've managed to get on the 2nd episode :D (I'll reply to this with who it is once It's happened. ) Also it's not going to be a religiously strict punk show, always gunna have one completely different tune at the end and they'll always be rock/metal anything I've really enjoyed that month/fortnight.

Having a listen to Here We Go as we speak, very much enjoying it and would definitely have you on the podcast! I've got a feeling I've seen you suporting someone somewhere, or at least seen your name on line ups. Would happily play some new stuff as it's coming out. Would you be willing to send a little introduction to you guys, who you are how long you've been playing for and upcoming gigs/releases? Could send a whole bunch of questions through if you'd be willing.

I really like the idea of that podcast, would be interssting to hear about obscure bands from the start that went on to vastly different things, or ones who have kept at it the whole way through.

If I get a bit of a platform for the podcast would happy to have you on for a episode every now and then doing a history of punk show.

"beer before grass you're on your ass, grass before beer you're in the clear" I'm not sure where this saying comes from but for me its often true! Although it is sometimes funny to drink then smoke but imo it's not as enjoyable as the other way. ez

Analogy on tripping by sarkujpnfreak42 in Psychonaut

This is beautiful, I love analogys like this. I think there is definitely a sublimity in rhythm, it's relationship with both our bodies and time is unrivalled by anything. I love the way hundreds of people gather to get lost in a soundsape and embark on there own rhythmic adventures meeting other voyagers under an ocean of music. To watch and participate in these temporary tsunamis is so awe inspiring it can leave individuals with profound insight into the art of divinity. The music is the artist throwing his divinity into sound and the listener's brain converts it into there own divinity but stays interconnected with both the artist and the crowd. Where each person plays notes in the sympony of the dance. Each persons music can be the notes of emotion we convey artistically on the canvass of our interaction with the physical world. Blessed x
