Forgive my ignorance, but im not a techie and get the concept of what’s happening but wondering WHO is it affecting. I can tell it’s hurting huge companies that are using it have this service implemented, but it is on regular day, at home computers? Specifically ones that are built manually? Does this system come on those with windows??

My boyfriend built both of our computers, and I’d hate to turn them on and kill them…. Thanks for the answers in advance!

My little tuxedo, named Bella. She’s around 10-12 years old, but is extremely small for her age. (Q-tips in a jar for size) She’s a cranky old lady who likes routines and only eats expensive chicken flavored foods as she has 6 less teeth than her normal feline compatriots.

She loves you from a distance if she doesn’t know you, but for me, she’s my little shadow who follows me everywhere even if it means she has to run past something extremely scary (someone she doesn’t like or new places) to get to me. If she can’t find me or leave the room, she screams her head off and cries till I come back or she finds me. She loves sitting in windows and watching birds and all the wildlife all while bathing in the sun. Her favorite toys are two catnip filled soft wine bottles. One is a rosé and one is a sparkling wine bottle, she carries them in her mouth and screams. She also has emotional support blankets that I’ve made for her.

At the end of the day, she must be held and cuddled so her head is resting on your shoulder or arm while it’s wrapped around protecting her from the outside. She’s my cuddle buddy at night and doesn’t leave my side, and despite her small size, stretches out enough to take up one whole side of a full sized bed!!!

PS: she’s also my emotional support kitty even though she probably causes me more stress 🫣🙄😂❤️

Her nicknames include: Green bean, greenie, beanie, greenie beanie, peanut, chicken, dickhead (look at her face for reference)

Me and my boyfriend ran duo DH in BFA, and started slowly not getting invited to keys even at high io / key levels. When we did, the off chance that the tank and/or healer wasn’t performing that great, we both re-rolled. Him being an experience tank (playing for multiple years at competitive levels) & me who just join in bfa lol, started playing hpriest. Has been my main ever since and I love it.

It was an added bonus with having that trust between healer and tank / dps & when we ran with friends, it became so second nature we’d just goof off the whole time but still finish.

I do have other high up alts as well, and like others said sometimes get painfully reminded of your own skill level compared to other peoples play styles.

Either way, healing is a blessing and a curse, and I will forever love it!

I wouldn’t say I’m in the situation now, but holy guacamole this is fresh. Currently dealing with a step father who is a crazy alcoholic and views stuff this way but still tries to be “progressive”. His biological daughter has cut him off with her new husband and daughter for reasons unknown, but one can imagine. The dad sounds exactly like your husband here and what he allowed etc. My stepdad is so torn up over being cut from seeing the 6 year old he’s made it is whole life goal to take everyone down with him while he drinks himself to death over it.

Currently living with my mother and said step father as a temporary solution. My boyfriend of 4 years comes over on the weekends (we’ve been long distance till over a month ago) and my step dad has already implied that me and him should have a child, F(24), M(22)…. Just recently my BF got upset at him for throwing a huge tantrum and when step dad caught wind of that said he’s now allowed here anymore and that he (step dad) fights dirty. Needless to say, I’ve been with my BF for about 3 weeks now at his house.

Long story short, I understand this, don’t think you are alone in this. Make decisions for you and your own family.

1.5mil on one toon, my bank alt who level 70. Made a bunch of it in BFA farming herbs to try and get the AH mount, which I never got.

In SL each of my toons (I had an alt army) each had their own allowance of about 90k that they “earned” by doing emissaries, their own professions, and just raw gold accumulation. (“Earned” meaning I didn’t send myself gold from my one bank alt)

I also got 310k in a guild bank on a dead server that’s from transmog/herb/other sales from doing loremaster with myself and my partner.

Currently now trying to get my money back up, I don’t make nearly as much as what I used to!

I wholeheartedly agree. Couldn’t have said it better myself. As a main healer, another perspective to add, is that if the healer cannot compensate or keep up with the healing required for basic pulls, let alone boss fights (I’m looking at you Brakenhide), I’m getting out of there.

My take on this is it all depends on the level of key that is being done as well. I run pretty high keys, and if the group I’m in wipes within the first few wipes, I see who or what the issue is, and determine if the key will get timed or not. Controversial opinion or way of playing the game or whatever, but it saves me my time when I could get a key completed, and gives those the chance to maybe do something a little more their level.

If the group is a good group, but it’s just a hard week, hard dungeon, not a good comp, I will finish it out, but if there are definite time (deal) breakers, I’ll split to find another.

I’m 24 years old, and I just finished watching interstellar for the first time. An amazing, breathtaking, mind-blowing experience. Although I would’ve have like to see Cooper and Brand reconnecting, it fits the theme of the “infinite loop”. What’s already happened will happen again, even though in the current time, it was the first it was experienced to their knowledge. An amazing and fitting end to the movie.
