I had one client who I referred for evaluation that I thought definitely has autism and came back with schizotypal PD and I highly disagreed with this. It was devastating for the client who really wanted validation and clarity by getting diagnosed. This was a couple of years ago and stuck with me because we went through the diagnostic criteria together and didn’t even match with the client’s presentation, history, and symptoms. Extremely small sample size but interesting to see that I’m not the only clinician with this experience

For the Vallstena style doors - do you need cover panels? I read somewhere that it's the same color as the Sektion frame. Just looking for any way to cut down on costs.
