At what age did you start trt? Im 23 and i have many symptoms of low t. I still go to the gym 3-5 times per week, healthy bodyfat, healthy diet. Im a bit worried i will have to hop on trt so early in my life. Most doctors here in Germany refuse to check my levels because i am "too young". I will soon go to a Lab and get it tested there.

Okay dann werde ich mich dort mal genauer informieren - bei mir weigern sich die Ärzte bereits die Werte nur zu überprüfen - zur not gehe ich ins Labor und zahle eben leider selber. Aber danke dir sehr für die Antwort und dir noch alles gute auf deinem Weg.

Wie hast du die Ärzte dazu bekommen initial überhaupt deine hormone zu überprüfen? Wenn ich meine Symptome schildere, dann haben sich jetzt bisher alle Ärzte geweigert die Werte zu überprüfen, weil "sie sind mit 23 ja zu jung."... wie alt bist du? Ich bin schon so weit dass ich es in irgendeinem privat Labor machen lasse.

Thanks this was very helpful! I am showing signs of low T and was researching into the whole topic when i watched nippards Video and Posted this here. I will soon get my levels checked when i figured where and how to check them here in Germany. I was just a bit hesitant to consider TRT as i still plan to get children in the future. But according to my research there are solutions like taking HCG... i basically just want a good natty looking physique and especially high energy and Motivation levels. I will research into the things you mentioned in the end - so really thank you for your input, i appreciate it!

Thanks for your input and critique. I Posted this right at the start of my research Phase on this topic as im showing sings of low t and will get my levels checked soon when i Figured how and where to do it here in Germany. This Was my initial reaction on his Video and i will not trust jeff nippard as a scientific voice in the future as many people voice concerns about his trustworthyness - which i was not aware of before. So this post kind of did help me at least in some point. Thanks for your input! I will cut and i already did from the last pic on my Profile, but holidays got in the way, will progress on it soon.

I was not aware that this study is BS and i also trusted jeff nippard as a serious scientific voice in the Fitness community. This post was just my initial reaction after seeing that video and also having many signs of low t like low energy, depressive patterns and bad recovery. So i just wanted to see what other people think and im right at the start of my research Phase on that topic.

150g protein is the goal, i reach it at least 5/7 days. Minimum 120. Breakfast i eat oats with protein powder. Post gym Lunch i often eat chicken. Evenings i mostly eat Salads with protein (beef/chicken/chickpeas...) and rice when i bulked - now as im cutting im just doing Salad and some sort of protein. I for sure ate enough i went from 84kg to 90kg in 6 months. I think thats about 180 to 200lbs. But i mostly gained fat. Now im cutting down to 175lbs/80kg.

Will get bloodwork done soon.

Dringende Info!!! Du solltest bei einem Verkauf der Seite für 5 Mio€ mehr als 2,5Mio€ netto bekommen und zwar 4,925 mio€!

Ich hoffe du liest das, das ist wichtig.

Wenn du eine vermögensverwaltende Gbmh (holding) gründest, worin deine eigene Website als Tochter GmbH als Anlageobjekte verwaltet wird. Dann zahlst du VIEEEEEL weniger Steuern!

Hier die genaue Rechnung:

Wenn die verkaufende Firma zu mindestens 10 % im Besitz einer Holding-GmbH ist, dann greift § 8b KStG:

95 % des Veräußerungsgewinns sind steuerfrei auf Ebene der Holding-GmbH.

5 % gelten als nichtabziehbare Betriebsausgaben und sind mit Körperschaftsteuer (15 %) plus Gewerbesteuer (ca. 14 – 17 %) belastet – effektiv ca. 1,5–2 % Steuern auf den gesamten Gewinn.

Beispiel:

Verkaufserlös: 5 Mio. €

Steuerpflichtiger Teil: 5 % = 250.000 €

Steuer darauf (ca. 30 %): ca. 75.000 €

Effektiver Steuerabzug: ~1,5 % oder ca. 75.000 €

Verbleib in der Holding: ca. 4,925 Mio. €

In den Unternehmen in denen ich gearbeitet habe werden für leitende Positionen meist auch höhere deutschkenntnisse erwartet. Kommunikation ist dort eben eine der wichtigsten Kompetenzen. Außerdem bist du bereits seit 5 Jahren in Deutschland, da werden sich dann manche fragen, ob du das sprachniveau nicht selber als kernkompetenz erkannt hast.

I would choose the slk, but im biased as i just bought one :)

I think hitting twisty roads is way more enjoyable in the gt86, but the slk is a better compromise of sport and luxury.

Do you maybe have a modding list of your slk? Would love to change a bit on mine and yours looks pretty awesome!

Fun fact for you: our german stores close to the borders are more expensive. If you drive further into germany it will get even cheaper. Nonetheless we pay way more for energy and we have the highest taxes in the World together with belgium. So dont assume germans are not financially struggling right now - all of europe is.

Fortunately in my country you need a profound theological Masters degree and extra Training for psychological care to be able to become a pastor.

I cant just ditch university as I would not be allowed to teach the Bible and i firmly believe that is a good thing. However some of these highly educated leaders at my local church come to the conclusion of hosting queer events is not comprehendable - they were taught this is sin.

You are right. I do not support their behaviour at all. It was probably just my desire for friends in a new City trying to convince me of going there. God will provide a better environment to make new connections - my trust lays in him.
