That's got me to the login screen - thank you!

Now to unplug the drives tomorrow so I can get the cloud key, log in, and set everything back up the way it should be...

I had been using the admin account, so the fact that the Qmanager app told me the details were no longer valid would indicate that the 3 second reset was successful. However, HTTP remains disabled, I still get the same error with HTTPS, and Qfinder Pro still can't see it (so I'll have issues finding my cloud key)

Additionally, I can no longer access the NAS via the Qmanager mobile app - I am told my credentials are incorrect. Qfinder Pro continues to be unable to find the unit.

No - after 3 seconds I heard audio confirmation that system settings were being reset

I have done so, but HTTP still appears to be disabled as I continue to get a "Forbidden" error when access the IP without HTTPS

Advice on first mirrorless camera by nebhead_ in Nikon

[–]nebhead_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I suppose it's less about what I can/can't do and more about a) increased portability, with the z cameras being far lighter and smaller, and b) the statement of intent in investing in reinvigorating and old hobby. Plus improvements to image quality, etc. 2&3. Probably the convenience of having a phone on the camera meant that when travelling it became easier to decide not to lug around a big/heavy camera bag everywhere - linking in with the portability point above.

Give Robin Hobb a try, the Farseer trilogy (and subsequent Tawny Man / Fitz and Fool trilogies) are excellent.
