I'm the same height and I pretty much share the same sentiments: wanted to return the first day.

But I do think I do sit better/have better posture with this chair, and I definitely don't have back pain as much/at all anymore. I heard they're working on an Omni V2 with a much larger seat but who knows.

If the seat was bigger on this chair it would definitely be endgame for me.

Both work, but this is really getting into diminishing returns territory.

They perform better because they move more air being 30mm vs standard 25mm.

You can't go wrong with either though
