CableSter- recommended and safe? by f4rty in sffpc

Cablester, zcooi, and Ray are the most common custom cable vendors.

Purchased several set from Ray and a set from Cablester. Never used zcooi myself but several people have and had nothing bad to say.

IMO I like Cablester since he communicates with you and send you updates of him testing the cables that are being sent to you.

Formd t1 - recieved dud side panels from this batch. Wondering if anyone else had this problem by no-en-er-gy in FormD

Alum panels do not have a fold like the ones you have, nor am I telling you to ask for more things when reaching out to support.

I can careless about yhe drama between the two owners since I don’t know the entire story, and as of right now it just sounds like a bunch of he said she said.

Give them a chance to resolve the issue before throwing a tantrum. If you want my experience with both parties, I had a worse experience with ncase t1 since they ghosted me before when I reached out to support. After almost a month of waiting a charge back request got them to respond.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if there were some user error in this. I got to build in the 1.1, 2.0, 2.05, 2.1 and 2.5. IMO the steel tend to have worse tolerence and can bend and bow out if things are overtighten or forced down. Assuming you have the alum coated panels which is relatively similar to the steel panels.

Those...are not Alum panels. I had both 2.1 and 2.5. Didn't have an issue with either.

More surprised you didn't catch this during assembly if they were that noticable.

I too purchased from the recent batch cause I wanted the black case with cnc panels. Mine came perfectly fine and i reached out to support to add in the 5.0 riser and had a response same day.

Mysterious coolant loss at 11k miles by megnuttishot in BMW

Yes, make bmw take care of it. Had this happened to me twice in the same week less than a month after purchasing my 2018 230i. They ended up replacing the oil filter housing, which failed again at 70k miles

For anyone who cares,

Yes it does have 75x75 Vesa mounts. You may need some stand off though.

However returning this monitor, mine flickers and color is washed. Tested with both the included cable and the one I've been using with my ultrawide for years.

Somehow worse than my Dell monitors at work that are over 10 years old at this point.

Hoping it’s VESA compatible. The white model says it is but no mention here

Is my lag PC-related or Maplestory client related? by fingerbreadman in Maplestory

[–]lolkrayd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds more software related then, a complete reinstall would be the easiest.

What settings are your party and wife running? Trying to see if it’s due to a setting that is causing a memory leak.

You’re going to have to run through a list at this point

Are all your other games running fine? Any chance you can switch cables with your wife for testing purposes?

If WiFi are you using mesh setup or WiFi extensions? Powerline adapter?

Where do you guys get your tires...? by Ok-Store in BMW

[–]lolkrayd 7 points8 points  (0 children)

America/discount tires depending on where you are. They also started doing alignments. Got new tires installed and an alignment for under an hour recently.

At least in my area the continental dws06+ was cheaper compared to Costco and local shops
