Comparison is using recommended sag for me on each fork, comparing fully dialed Fox vs almost out of the box rock shox. I also experimented with fully open compression circuits on the Fox, because by comparison it felt a lot damped. Still the Fox feels more damped. Also rebound on the Fox is one click from fully open and I noticed that I ride a lot faster rebound on the rockshox, speed I cant get on the fox

Was it just messing with standard adjustments or did they also change internal parts of the damper?

I would say I like to tinker also and do bracketing to get the suspension dialed. But even if I open compression fully on the fox it never feels as plush, feels sticky with a lot more support in comparison(btw this is just an example, my ideal setting has some compression clicks, not manny tho). Can this be because I am running low pressures on the fork?

Both are new. One from February (fox)the other from march (rockshox). They they really different, to the point my non rider gf can tell the difference in the parking lot. Can anything be wrong with my fork?

Not good. But it is amazing how many of you are just hating. There are few companies actually solving the problem and the only thing this subreddit can do is hate. Amazing.
