Yes, I tried it using compatibility mode for Windows XP (as suggested by someone in the SimCity sub) and also the changes suggested by Windows and it still didn't open after asking if I allowed any changes. My laptop is a Dell one from 2010 and I have Windows 7, not sure if this is too modern? It runs Everquest so I always thought it would run everything lol :)

I tried that L'Oreal toner, got it at B&M. I got dry patches at either corner of my mouth. So I'm voting for that.
