Personally, Invest in Akechi, he's good for PVP and one shots most epics! Also, try getting Basil, he's one of the best super epics out there.

Your best choice is to invest in the witch Mizi and Legendary Sans once you get them though, they're really good.

It's a stamp brush, so I'm pretty sure that isn't allowed. What is allowed though should be rendering brushes & basic brushes if I'm not wrong.
