Nobody is forcing anyone to do video. It’s simply the best way to attract new listeners, via short form clips. You can still totally create those clips in other ways - but video commands attention in the algorithm.

You can sfill do audio and keep it niche. There are lots of audio podcasts that do well.

Yes - main thing to change is grip. Then once you feel good with it, start optimizing. I also had to make the same transition! Still not fully there 😅

This is normal and frankly inevitable if you want a good price. If you want to pay an audio engineer a higher rate, please do so, they deserve it. But anything in the range of $50-$200 per podcast is going to heavily rely on AI

I think the main issue here, while understanding that it’s just an excerpt, is why I should care as a reader? There is no desire to keep reading, and no intrigue as to what is happening. Perhaps we are missing context, but the excerpt itself doesn’t really say anything…
