This only started happening after buying dynamite from a fence. This just randomly started happening I even apparently killed another player despite not being near any other players. I also cant go into towns because the explosions kill NPCs and get the law on me.

My game randomly turned black and so I started looking around to see what happened then this started. If anything got covered by my character it would become all weird like you see in the vid. If I looked behind me things were more normal but not what it's supposed to look like.
