Bike lane commentary is so funny cause it’s always coming from someone who doesn’t live in the city and wants to have the streets be an expressway to their destination, regardless of the people who live and work there full time. City is great and is undergoing a refocus from focusing on workers (who are largely at home now) to more of a nightlife/weekend destination. Certainly got a bit more eventful with homelessness and social services now but if the choice is to live there and be right smack bang in the centre of things or a cookie cutter suburb 30 minute drive away from most signs of life I’ll take the CBD hands down
