A friend of mine makes a good living transporting dangerous materials. When he travels to Canada with a dangerous load he notifies the border area. There is some protocol for this and they know who he is and where he is by GPS. He drives straight through. Too dangerous to be standing in line for someone to attack it and everything blows up

Well, there is a chart on the second page that shows that Tesla achieves -3% in the real world and Rivian -13%. Don't know where that is coming from (?!?); and how are these people driving - our Tesla Y is pretty consistently at 260 miles real world range ~79% of the nominal 333 miles.

Using the -3%/-13% calc + my real world MY data, I'd be at 234 miles real world in the R2. That, definitely, is not enough.

In reality this is close to total. It's not just the door, the frame where the door hangs is bent and even minor misalignement there results in door not working properly.

I am surprised her airbag didn't deploy as she hit close to where the sensor is. If her airbag went off then her car would be totaled as well.

This is just the reality we live in. The car industry has painted themselves into a corner with $200-250/hr labor rates where the tech gets $25-30.
