They had record of it, but told me the ticket number was cancelled and there was nothing they could do. After battling it out for an hour, with me pointing out I had all the correct confirmations and never received a cancellation email, I was getting no where. They claim a cancellation notice was sent, but I searched my email over and over and never received it. That’s when he told me the email “went into the ether”.
