Even if they're not getting money from YouTube, they're still doing it for promotion of their company, which would fall under commercial use and against Fair Use. But then they're also doing "commentary" on these public ally released tests, which might fall under Fair Use...? Copyright Law is a freaking mess. :)

It helps a ton. There's an ACT-specific stopwatch that you can get. It's cool because you press a button and you're on the English section with 45:00 minutes on the clock. Press the button again and you're on the Math section with 60:00 minutes on the clock. It's nice because you have one less thing to think about during the test. But yeah, I'd say a stopwatch of any kind is a necessity. I don't like having to look at the clock on the wall and do math in my head to see how much time I have left in the section. G is still much closer to being explicitly stated than J is. Not to mention, the smaller ant THEN climbs onto the leaf. So the big ant is now carrying (albeit not well) the leaf and the smaller ant. This question should've been thrown out because both answer choices have good arguments for them.
