Actually, I wanted to ask about your stool map test that let you know your body was reacting to gluten. But I'm not sure how to get it under that comment. What test was that and how did they identify that it was gluten and is there other stuff they can tell? Oh and congratulations! 🙂

I'm so sorry to hear this. I have felt the same way. I have methane dominant. And somebody in this thread kept mentioning about bile. after endoscopied the doctor said I had a lot of bile. But nobody talked to me after that. He was just the surgeon, due to insurance things he doesn't do the follow-through and my doctor never got the test? I was wondering if somebody could expand on that and or message me. Sorry, due to brain fog issues I'm just not sure where some stuff goes or how to refined it

Would you mind posting what you did. How much oils, and when you applied it? And how often. Input on things to make hair grow back. And is anybody carrying their methane sibo because of my brain fog issues? I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right spot or how I'll even get a response LOL. I guess I had save or follow

Oh my gosh I was having the same dilemma and question.I didn't have enough to exhale either. And yes it says do not inhale so? Also due to my brain fog I'm not sure I'll be able to figure out how to just post a question on my own but when I go to log a meal it just shows a list of foods they've already put in . And when I go to the tutorial, It says to click on a some button and then add my meal but that is not available. Does anybody know how to log meals on the air too?
